We use this time to listen, ask a few focused questions, and see if High Tide Partners is the right fit to help you move forward. If it is, we’ll explain what the Charted Course process looks like and what the next steps would be. If it’s not, you’ll still leave with a clearer sense of your situation and direction.
There’s no obligation, no commitment, and no pressure to move forward. It’s simply a first conversation to see if working together makes sense.
What Happens Next?
Once you’ve submitted the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know we’ve received your intake and are reviewing it.
Your selected consultation time will be confirmed within the next 48 hours, and you’ll receive all the details you need for your call by email.
If anything is missing or we need clarification before the consultation, we’ll reach out directly.
What Happens After the Consultation?
The free consultation is the starting point of the Charted Course process. It allows both sides to understand whether working together makes sense before any commitments are made.
If it feels like a good fit, we’ll invite you into the Charted Course process. Once a contract is signed and we officially begin working together, the two-week Charted Course process starts.
From there, the work begins with deeper discovery and analysis, where we look closely at your business, your operations, your marketing, and your goals. This includes reviewing what’s currently working, where things are breaking down, and what’s creating friction, confusion, or stalled growth.
Over that two-week period, we conduct a structured review of your business and build your Business Navigation Plan. This is a personalized roadmap that outlines your priorities, key focus areas, and a clear course forward. You’ll receive guidance for the next 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years, along with practical next steps and quick wins you can implement immediately.
At the end of the process, we walk through your plan together in a dedicated strategy session so everything is clear, actionable, and grounded in your reality. There is no generic framework, no templates, and no one-size-fits-all model. Every Charted Course is built around how your business actually operates, your capacity, and what you want your business to become.
If the consultation shows that the Charted Course isn’t the right fit, we’ll be honest about that too. The goal of the process isn’t to sell a program, it’s to help businesses find the right path forward, even if that path isn’t with us.
