Our Story
Lauren and Sherry are not just business partners, they’re a mother and daughter team who have worked side by side for over a decade. Their relationship is built on trust, shared values, and a deep respect for one another, both in business and in life.
They’ve owned businesses together and separately, supported each other through challenges, and worked with clients across industries for years. Along the way, they saw the same patterns repeat: the same doubts, the same gaps in planning, the same overwhelm, and the same pitfalls, especially in new businesses and in businesses that had lost momentum.
For years, they supported business owners independently while leaning on each other for insight, knowledge, and perspective. High Tide Partners was created when they decided to bring their skills together in one place, combining lived experience with professional expertise to offer businesses something rare: a partnership built on understanding, trust, and real-world experience.
Outside of work, they share a deep love of travel, sunshine, and being near the ocean. They’re happiest with sand under their feet, creating something with their hands, honouring their Indigenous Canadian heritage, and gathering people around a table for good conversation, a glass of wine, and a meal everyone can enjoy. Both living with celiac disease, they’ve also mastered the art of feeding a table full of friends great gluten-free food, because connection, community, and care matter to them just as much as business does.

Sherry's Story
Sherry brings deep expertise to every business she works with. For more than nearly three decades, she’s helped founders and leadership teams navigate growth, change, and complexity — guiding them to clearer systems, stronger operations, and renewed focus.
Her career spans healthcare, manufacturing, insurance, media, personal services, and multiple e-commerce ventures. Along the way, she’s held leadership and founder roles, giving her a front-row seat to the challenges business owners face.
She untangles inefficiencies and builds sustainable systems that generate profit. Sherry can turn overwhelm and confusion into a clear business path, and move stagnation and paralysis into forward business momentum.

With nearly 15 years of experience across industries including healthcare, real estate, lifestyle, and tourism, she combines strategic insight with creative execution to help businesses find direction, definition, and momentum.
She’s led marketing initiatives from concept to completion — spanning content development, digital campaigns, advertising, and customer engagement — always grounded in a deep understanding of what drives growth.
Her approach bridges the gap between vision and implementation, giving business owners both the strategy and the structure to move forward with confidence.
At High Tide Partners, Lauren leads marketing strategy and communications alongside Sherry, aligning thoughtful messaging with sound business systems to build strong, sustainable foundations for growth.
